A1: We are manufacturer for this suture pad, we produce this product ourselves. Our factory is based on Guangzhou Panyu District
Q2: Are you able to customize package ?
A2: Yes, we can customize package as customer’s request, as long as customer can provide us with their logo or artwork.
Q3: How is the suture pad quality, is that easy to rip ?
A3: Our suture pad is made of composite material, we apply the high quality silicon material to the product. We also add one tear-resistant mesh to make the product more durable.
Q4: How do you pack the product ?
A4: We use the envelop bubble paper bag with protective function, which protect the goods well during delivery.
Q5: What is your payment channel ?
A5: We have different payment channel for customers, such Bank T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Trade Assurance.
Q6: What is your production time?
A6: Our production time is about 10 days, if more quantity, it need 2 weeks - 20 days.

A1: We have own factory located in Guangzhou, China.
Q2: What certificates do you have?A2: We have ISO13485 and ISO9001 auditing report, and we have SGS testing report for many o our raw materials. We have FA registration for our medical related products.
Q3: Could your company do OEM products? What format your company usually use if we want to send you our 3D drawings?A3: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to Client's requirement. We have own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, soliwork format.
Q4: What should I do if I want to add my logo on your product?A4: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/visual for, you just need to approve the final dummy/visual
Q5: What is your delivery time?A5: It depends on different products, quantity and detailed requirement. Usually the lead time is 20 days - 25 days. If you have specific delivery date required, please contact our sales and we will try out best to meet it.
Q6: How does your company control the quality?
A6: We have OQ during production in factory. Our QC will also conduct inline and final inspectation for every shipment according to AQL requirement, so that we could ensure all the products meet the quality requirements as well as your specific request.
